I'm a Modern Work Leader and Advisor whose passion is to empower every employee with smart use of digital technology. I guide organisations in their Modern Work journey. I work closely with all levels, from C-suite to field workers, enabling collaboration and communication across the organisation - in the end, it's all about excellent employee experience.
As the Head of Modern Work at Meltlake, I'm responsible for our business unit's strategy and its execution, offering development, sales, recruitment, competence development and people leadership, working closely together with 20 top experts in Microsoft technologies, service design, employee experience, communications and change management.
As a recognition of sharing my knowledge and exceptional leadership in the community, I've been a Microsoft MVP since 2019. In total, I have over ten years of experience in developing teamwork and internal communications with modern digital tools and leading long-term change in organisations. My ultimate strength is the combination of a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, modern work and leading change.
I'm an experienced and inspiring speaker at global and local conferences, live and online. My topics are modern work, digital employee experience and creating sustainable change in organisations. I have continuously gotten excellent ratings and feedback. In 2021 I was awarded The Most Inspirational Woman in the Tech Community Awards. "We need leaders that promote awareness and encourage change. -- we recognise the woman who exemplifies equality, aspiration, and leads by example.". I've also been featured in NYC Times Square at MS Ignite.
